Twitch text-to-speech with a puppet on stream
VoicePuppet turns Bits, Channel Points, resubs and Twitch Power-ups into a character that speaks and reacts in OBS. Viewers pick the voice and the effect. You and your mods decide what plays, and you can pause it any time.
